How does shipping work?
Every order ships free within the US. We pack in 1–3 business days from Los Angeles and email you tracking as soon as it leaves. International shipping is available at checkout; duties and import charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return or exchange?
For hygiene reasons swimwear is final sale, so we work hard to get you the right size before you order — email your bust, underbust and hip measurements to hello@shoobiswim.com and we will tell you exactly what to buy. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What size should I order?
Use the size chart above. Between two sizes on the bust, size up in tops. Between two on the hip, size down in bottoms — the side ties give the range back. Tops and bottoms are sold separately so you can order two different sizes.
What is it made from?
Swim is 82% nylon / 18% spandex, fully double-lined, with polished stainless steel hardware. The Goji colourway is a 92% nylon / 8% spandex velour. Tees are 100% slub cotton, cropped unisex fit.
How do I care for it?
Rinse in cold fresh water after every swim, especially after chlorine. Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, keep it out of the dryer and off hot surfaces. Never wring the cups.
